The top 5 aesthetic treatments to make your skin glow

What are the best aesthetic treatments to make your skin glow?

We often get asked at our Lancashire based Aesthetics Clinic, "which treatments are the best to make your skin glow?"

We're going to share with you our top 5 aesthetic treatments that will make your skin glow and look its best.

When it's the back-end of summer, we all quite look forward to the romantic side of Autumn/Winter. The fresh mornings, the way the leaves appear as though they've had a dusting of icing as the frost coats them in a cold winter sparkle and of course the pure white snow that makes everything look beautiful.

The reality: It's cold... really cold and wet all the time. Not to mention the fact that your nose is running from late September until late March. And then there's the dry skin...

So, what are the best aesthetic treatments to reverse the damage caused by winter?

We're going to list our top 5 treatments, that not only repair your skin from the harsh winter weather, but also prepare your skin for Spring/Summer.

Without further delay, here's our list.

#1 Dermapen

The Dermapen is one of the most popular non-surgical treatments at our Ribble Valley based aesthetics clinic. Here's why:

The Dermapen is a revolutionary micro-needling device which aims to tighten, lift and rejuvenate the skin.

Just some of the many benefits are:

  • Has a superior effect on collagen and elastin rejuvenation
  • Promotes scar-less healing and natural collagen reproduction
  • Gives you a flawless complexion, leaving you looking and feeling your best with minimal down time

Here's what the Dermapen can do to your scars.

#2 The Chemical Peel

If you've already visited our Lancashire Aesthetics clinic for a Chemical Peel, then you'll know just how effective they are and how AMAZING the results are.

But if you haven't, you're probably reading the word "chemical" and looking at this picture thinking, "why would anyone do that?".

First of all, the chemicals we use are perfectly safe to use on the skin, in addition to the fact they will be administered by a medically qualified nurse practitioner.

Second of all, the skin that is peeling off in the above picture is just the top layer of dead skin.

The new layers of skin that grow in place of the old dead skin are fresher and rejuvenated. Your skin will look and feel the freshest it's ever looked and felt. It will be able to breathe and will leave you looking much more youthful.

In case you're wondering, no, this does not hurt. You will feel a slight tingling sensation. The results will probably give you more than a tingling sensation though when you see your new skin.

The Hydrafacial is such a relaxing treatment, it's almost like a deep cleansing facial.

One of the great features of the Hydrafacial and one of the reasons why it's so popular, is down to it's versatility. The Hydrafacial is very customisable, meaning we can tailor your treatment, specifically to your skin type and goals. After all, there are many different skin types and we're all different. Why should our treatments be identical?

The Hydrafacial is perfect for anyone who wants to:

  • Fine Lines and Wrinkles
  • Elasticity & Firmness
  • Skin Tone Evenness & Vibrancy
  • Skin Texture
  • Hyperpigmentation/Photo Damage
  • Oily/Congested Skin
  • Enlarged Pores
  • Advanced Signs of Ageing

#4 Laser Treatment

Get visibly clearer and smoother skin by having laser treatments. We use the very latest technology from Harmony XL Pro™ laser technology from Alma Lasers™ to successfully perform laser treatments for all types of skin concerns.

Here are just some of the areas we can treat with laser treatment:

  • Fine lines
  • Wrinkles
  • Scars
  • Blemishes
  • Stretch marks
  • Open pores
  • Tattoo removal

One of the most common questions we get asked about this treatment at our Ribble Valley Aesthetics Clinic is, "is the laser treatment painful?".

The answer is, no, it's not painful. You will feel a warm, slightly tingly sensation, but it is not painful or uncomfortable.

#5 Medical grade skincare products

jpa skincare range.jpg

One of the best ways to look your best and make your skin glow with radiance is to have a good skincare routine. Many of our treatments can be enhanced with high quality skincare products.

You want to look after your skin everyday, not just treat it to an Aesthetics Treatment once a month. We've listed just 3 of our JPA products below. Read more about our range here

We love C-10 at Julie Pawson Aesthetics and so do many of our clients. Due to it being professional strength, it is able to be absorbed a lot deeper than many serums. This results in your skin looking and feeling hydrated, smooth and vibrant.

The key to a youthful skin is hydration. Our signature night cream is fantastic for hydrating the skin. Applying this cream at night means that whilst your peacefully dreaming away, "Recover" is working away, repairing and hydrating your skin. Apply before bed and wake up with a softer, more youthful appearance. Who said looking good had to be hard work?

There's a reason this is our signature serum. It's THAT good! Using natural ingredients, means it is gentle on the skin, whilst still being very effective at removing the build-up of dead skin cells. Our serum will leave your skin looking younger in days, we cannot sing the praises of our serum enough. Many of clients turn to our serum as their go to anti ageing treatment.
